Return Policy
All sales with Conveyors & Drives, Inc. are considered final, unless in cases of written authorization. Formal approval must be submitted prior to any return. Conveyors & Drives, Inc. will issue a return authorization after the return has been approved. Most of our vendors charge restocking fees for returned equipment and parts. We will inform you of any applicable charges or restrictions at the time of return request.
Delivery
F.O.B Shipping Point, Frt. Collect or Third Party Billed. Lead times are estimates and subject to change.
Payment
Billing terms are subject to Conveyors & Drives credit approval prior to purchase order acceptance. All major credit card providers will be accepted, except for Discover. American Express will experience a 3.5% handling fee when applicable. Orders over $25,000 are to be 50% down payment due upon receipt of order and remaining 50% due from invoice date.
Warranties
The materials or goods supplied by Conveyors & Drives are provided according to Customer’s specifications. Conveyors & Drives expressly disclaims the implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Conveyors & Drives shall not be liable for the failure of the goods to comply with federal, state, or local laws. Neither party shall be liable to the other or to any third party under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for (1) any loss of business; (2) any loss of goodwill; (3) any indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, incidental or consequential damages. In no event shall any damages or liability be in excess of the total amount of this order.
