QUICK-SHIP Powered Flex Live-Roller Zoned Accumulating Style Extendable/Expandable Conveyor is excellent for loading and unloading trucks and incorporates the zoned accumulating feature which is desirable in many applications.  The conveyed product automatically accumulates at the discharge end of the conveyor or in the zones upstream from an occupied zone.  Zones then run on demand when downstream zone becomes unoccupied.  The conveyor is available in two different overall widths 24″ and 30″, and two different expandable lengths, 20′ to 40′ and 30′ to 60′.  Roller centers when expanded are 3″ allowing product as short as 10″ long to be conveyed.  Conveyors can be Quick-Shipped within 3 weeks after order placement.  Hundreds of these units are presently in operation in the world’s largest online retailer’s national distribution network.  Also available is the Powered Flex transportation only style extendable/expandable live-roller conveyor.
