Hytrol 1-3/8″ Diameter x 18 Gauge Gravity Roller Curves add to the versatility of straight conveyors.  Curve provides smooth product flow through the turn.  Curves will convey products with a minimum amount of drop based on weight and size of the product being conveyed.  Guard rails (optional) may be added for product protection.  Available in either plain steel or aluminum construction.

  • Frame: 2-1/2″ x ” x 12 gauge formed steel channel powder coat painted green; 2-1/2″ x  1″ x 1/8″ thick formed aluminum channel
  • Conveyor Overall Widths:  12″, 15″,  18″,  24″
  • Degree of Curve:  90° and  45°  available
  • Rollers:  Choice of 1-3/8″ diameter x 18 gauge galvanized steel, 1-3/8″ diameter x 18 gauge aluminum
  • Couplings:  Hooks on one end, stud bolt on other end
  • Rollers set 1/4″ high above the top of the frame
  • Optional five additional paint colors available for steel frame sections
  • Optional butt style couplings available
