SpanTech Model CV-MSG-SS Stainless Steel 90 Degree Plain Plastic Chain Curve with Moving Sides Guides compliments SpanTech’s line of stainless steel horizontal and incline plastic chain conveyors. Curves are equipped with a smooth-top plastic chain with 2.95″ high moving sides guides to ensure product stays on the conveyor as it travels around the curve. Applications are widely varied and is designed to convey almost any item that has been traditionally conveyed on conventional belt conveyors. The tight knit chain surface is excellent for conveying large items as well as objects as small as 1-1/8″ around curves. Available in belt widths from 3.76″ to 48.65″ in 1.18″ increments, and incorporates the tightest turning radius in the industry. Belt speed range from 5 to 75 feet per minute (custom speed ranges optionally available), with a capacity to handle up to 50 lbs. per linear foot. Optional carbon steel conveyor construction is available in poweder coat painted either medium blue, medium gray, charcoal gray or antique white. Conveyor is shipped pre-assembled as much as possible to reduce time and labor in installation.
