SpanTech Model CV-PLN-SS Stainless Steel Series 90 Degree Plain Plastic Chain Curves compliment SpanTech’s line of horizontal and incline stainless steel plastic chain conveyors. They come equipped with a smooth-top plastic chain, and designed to convey almost any item that has been traditionally conveyed on conventional belt conveyors. The tight knit chain surface is excellent for conveying large items as well as objects as small as 1-1/8″ around curves. Available in belt widths from 3.76″ to 48.65″ in 1.18″ increments, and incorporates the tightest turning radius in the industry. Belt speed from 5 to 75 feet per minute (custom speed ranges optionally available), with a capacity to handle up to 50 lbs. per linear foot. Conveyor construction also available in either powder coat painted carbon steel, or anodized aluminum. Conveyor is shipped pre-assembled as much as possible to save time and labor in installation.
