Hytrol ProSort 421 & 431 High Speed Sortation Conveyors are designed for high speed applications where product diverting needs to be both positive, accurate and gentle. The ProSort 421 is specifically designed to sort products at a 22 degree angle where higher speeds are required and close divert centers are not so critical; speeds of up to 700 feet per minute are achievable in some circumstances. The ProSort 431 is designed to sort product at a 30 degree angle where close divert centers are required and speeds of up to 350 feet per minute are possible. On both the ProSort 421 and 431 conveyors product is transported on anodized slats, where at a predetermined divert location, shoes move diagonally across the conveyor to safely sweep the product off onto a take-way line.
