Hytrol 190-NSPEZC (EZLogic®) O-Ring Driven Zero Pressure Zoned Accumulation 90 Degree Curves are designed to be specifically slave-driven from Hytrol’s 190-NSPEZ zero pressure horizontal live roller accumulating conveyor. Curves are available in 30°, 45°, 60° and 90° segments, and are equipped with up to two 24″ long accumulation zones depending on degree and center line length of the curve. Each accumulation zone is controlled by an(EZLogic®) zone controller which detects the presence of a product in the zone by the built-in photoelectric cell and evaluates what action should be taken by the incorporated microprocessor. Individual zone brakes assures that product does not touch when accumulating. Curve widths available from 16″ to 42″, with load capacity from 150 lbs. up to 300 lbs. depending on the width of the curve.
